Pricing — CPA-Led Pricing for Growth
Why Pricing Helps Business Owners: Transparent Fees, No Surprises, Scope in Writing
How We Run Pricing: Scope, Cleanup Plan, Fixed Monthly Fee
Transparent, Fixed-Fee Pricing
Confidence comes from clean, current numbers—not surprise invoices. At Take Flight Business Solutions, we keep pricing simple and predictable so you can plan cash with confidence. Led by Brian Dela Cruz, CPA (MA), our team delivers month-to-month accounting you can rely on, with clear scope and no games.
How our pricing works (in plain English)
1) Scope first
We start with a short, focused discovery and a file diagnostic. We look at your bank/credit card volume, number of sales channels or locations, payroll complexity, and any special needs (inventory, job costing, multi-state sales tax, etc.). You’ll get the scope
in writing so there’s no guesswork.
2) Cleanup (if needed)
If your books need historical cleanup or a QuickBooks Online re-build, we quote that as a
time-boxed project with a defined outcome and timeline. When the cleanup is done, you roll straight into monthly service—no gap, no confusion.
3) Fixed monthly fee
Your monthly fee covers the work we do every month on a set calendar. As your business changes, we revisit scope together and update the fee if needed—again,
in writing. No surprise add-ons.
What’s included in your monthly fee
- Bookkeeping on a schedule: reconciliations, a check of invoices & bills, and a short note that explains what changed and what to do next.
- QuickBooks Online tuned for decisions: a chart that mirrors how you operate, smart bank rules that reduce clicks, and classes/locations when they help reporting.
- Payroll coordination: multi-state setup and monthly tie-outs to the general ledger so your reports agree. (If we run payroll, it’s priced into your monthly fee or noted separately.)
- Tax preparation with year-round planning: we track basis and depreciation, handle estimated payments on time, and keep bank- & tax-agency–ready documentation.
- Communication that scales: a named point of contact, a predictable agenda, and recorded walkthroughs for anything easier to show than tell.
Your fee is based on real workload drivers—transaction volume, number of accounts, locations/entities, sales channels, payroll headcount, and reporting needs. You won’t pay for things you don’t use.
What’s not included (and how we price it)
- Past-year cleanup or a QBO rebuild beyond the agreed month-to-month scope (quoted as a fixed project).
- One-off projects such as new entity formation, state registrations, sales-tax nexus analysis, or due-diligence support (scoped and flat-priced before we start).
- Special reporting packages for lenders, investors, or franchisors (priced per deliverable if outside the normal monthly set).
Why owners like our model
- No surprises: you’ll know the monthly number and what it covers.
- Less rework: with a set cadence, your books are delivered on schedule, not rushed.
- Actionable reporting: we explain results and the next 1–3 actions in plain English.
- CPA (MA) oversight: experienced eyes on your file so decisions are timely and practical.
Local and nationwide
We serve owners across the U.S. from our Florida base, with extra attention to Pensacola, Cantonment, and nearby Gulf Coast communities (Pace, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Navarre, Perdido, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville—plus Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, AL). Prefer an in-person milestone meeting for entity selection or annual planning? We can do that locally. Prefer fully virtual? You’ll get the same cadence and clarity through our secure portal.
FAQs
Do you lock the price?
We honor the agreed monthly fee until scope changes. If your volume or complexity rises (or falls), we discuss and document any change
before it takes effect.
Can we start during tax season?
Yes. If cleanup is required, we’ll time-box it so your monthly service starts clean. You’ll still get clear deadlines and a realistic timeline.
Do you require a contract?
We use a straightforward engagement agreement with a 30-day out. No long-term lock-ins.
Can I add or remove services later?
Absolutely—bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and planning can be adjusted as you grow.
Your next step: get a fixed monthly price
Book a 15-minute fit call. We’ll review your goals, run a quick file diagnostic, and give you a clear written scope with a fixed monthly fee. If historical cleanup is needed, we’ll quote it as a stand-alone project with a defined timeline. Then we put your accounting on a cadence that supports profit, cash, and growth—without the scramble.
