Take Flight Business Solutions LLC has been in business since June of 2014 serving the Pensacola, Cantonment, Milton, Pace, and Destin, Florida areas and the United States. We started from humble beginnings working on projects for entrepreneurs and small businesses throughout the United States. We worked with people with all kinds of ideas. Since then, we have learned a lot and grown tremendously. We now offer a more holistic approach to maximizing value for our clients.   • Small Business Virtual Accounting: We primarily work with the two leading cloud accounting applications, QuickBooks™ Online and Xero Beautiful Accounting. We can customize a solution that meets your businesses' needs.
  • Tax Preparation and Planning:  We prepare taxes, and are ready to help you keep as much money as possible.
  • Payroll Services:  We can offer a stand-alone option or integrate it into your accounting software for you.
  • Business Advisory (Outsourced CFO) Services: This can be as small and simple as project type work or we can be an extension of your company involved in budgeting and strategic planning. We could write a business plan with your input, so you can get funding or just so you have a well thought out plan on how you will go about reaching your goals.
